Meet the founding members
Ashish Jacob is the CEO of Jacob Sons Aviation Solutions and an airline captain who has spent thousands of hours trusting checklists more than coffee. He now applies that same discipline to high‑value aviation deals, keeping communication clear, timelines realistic, and everyone fully briefed before anything pushes back from the gate.
Our COO, Rajasik Nag, brings nearly 20 years of aviation experience as an airline captain, which means he is very comfortable making big decisions at odd hours with a lot of lights blinking. He now channels that calm focus into running operations at Jacob Sons Aviation Solutions, keeping deals on course, paperwork out of a holding pattern, and the rest of us politely reminded to “follow SOP.”
